Carrie Underwood had to cancel her concert appearance at last night's (11/12) Country Rising benefit event in Nashville because on Friday (11/10) she took a hard fall on the steps outside her home. Carrie was treated at the hospital for a broken wrist and cuts and abrasions. In a statement, her peeps said that Underwood's recovery will "take some time" and that the singer "appreciates all prayers and well wishes."Yesterday (11/13), Carrie tweeted, "Thanks so much for all the well wishes everybody...I'll be alright...might just take some time...glad I've got the best hubby in the world to take care of me."
