Blake Shelton celebrated his 41st birthday in style Sunday (6/18), hanging with his girlfriend Gwen Stefani at a special party she planned for him. The party had everything the birthday boy could dream of, including a custom-made armadillo cake and an accordion player. The party was even attended by Gwen's father, Dennis, whom Shelton gave a big kiss on the cheek for Father's Day. Gwen also got a smooch from the birthday boy and posted a photo of it on Instagram.
