We have a rainbow baby on the way & couldn't be more excited! Jolie is going to be a big sister & we're becoming a family of 4!" The message was accompanied by a photo of the family sitting on a sofa together behind a sign that read, "Only child expiring November 2018." This news comes after Kramer publicly revealed that she was having trouble trying to conceive and suffered multiple miscarriages. In her Instagram message, Kramer also credited the ovulation tracking device Ava Bracelet for her pregnancy success and thanked another medication for helping her to manage her morning sickness.
