First Grader is Using Blake Shelton's Text Book

 A first grader in Blake Shelton's hometown of Ada, Oklahoma, appears to be using the same text book Blake was issued while attending school there over 30 years ago. The girl's mother, Shelly Bryan Parker, recently posted a picture of her daughter, Marley, holding up the text book with a big grin on her face. In a separate picture, Shelton's name can be seen written in the front of the book, with the year 1982 appearing the slot labeled "year issued." Marley might have been pretty excited that she was using Blake's book, but her mother wasn't as enthusiastic.Parker wrote in the caption, "Marley is EXCITED that her 'new' reader belonged to Blake Shelton, but I am EMBARRASSED!!!! I'm 40 and these people are my age!!! Thank you to every teacher/parent/support staffer/etc. for fighting for my kids education!!!
