JASON ALDEAN RAISES BIG MONEY IN HOMETOWN BENEFIT SHOW
Jason Aldean's second "Concert For The Kids" benefit show in Macon, Georgia, was a huge success on Friday night (8/11), raising more than $700,000 for the development of Macon's new Children’s Hospital, Navicent Health. Jason has now raised over $1.2 million for the hospital, which is the regions only dedicated pediatric facility serving central and South Georgia.
· The show also included a performance from special guest Luke Combs, as well as from local emerging talents Maggie Renfroe and Trey Teem.
· Aldean says, "When I moved away to chase music, all I wanted to do was make my family and hometown proud. But, I’m just a singer. I’m honored to be able to do what I do to help raise money, but the doctors and staff are the heroes and are changing these kids' lives."
