Carrie Underwood Pledges $200,000 for Girls Team Sports

CARRIE UNDERWOOD PLEDGES $200,000 FOR GIRLS TEAM SPORTS

Carrie Underwood, in partnership with the Dick's Sporting Goods Foundation and CALIA by Carrie Underwood, has announced plans to fund girls team sports projects on the education crowdfunding platform, DonorsChoose.org. Together, they have pledged a $200,000 commitment to the cause, which will fund an estimated 100 teams across the country in the month of May. 

The pledge marks the third Sports Matter donation on behalf of CALIA by Carrie Underwood and The DICK’S Foundation, as a part of its broader $500,000 commitment to support girls youth sports nationwide.
