260,000 Children's Books Recalled for Potential Choking Hazard

A quarter of a million books are being recalled by children's book publisher Make Believe Ideas.

Seven titles from the Make Believe Ideas' Rainbow Road Board Books series are said to include a potential choking hazard. All of the books are bound with small plastic rings that could pop off and cause a choking hazard for young readers. Animal Counting, Dinosaur's First Words, Old MacDonald Had a Farm, Rainbow Road Book Box, There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly, Things that Go!, Unicorn's Colors and Where's My Bottom? are the titles of the affected books. The books have been solid individually and in box sets since March 2022.

Those who bought one of the now-recalled books are advised to stop using them immediately. Customers can contact Make Believe Ideas Ltd. at www.recallrtr.com/rr and register for a refund in the form of a gift card.
