Lady Antebellum announced last week that their fifth studio album 747 will land in stores on September 30. Hillary Scott says, "We unanimously knew that our album title had to be 747. The track itself has this pushing, driving spirit about it that sums up our attitude right now. We are pushing ourselves as a band and as songwriters…taking ourselves out of our comfort zone and not taking ourselves too seriously. There's an urgency and an energy to it that we've never released before."
Tim McGraw swatting at a fan at his show last week in Atlanta is all over the Internet and can be seen on TMZ. While McGraw himself hasn't commented on the incident where a female fan grabbed onto his leg and he appeared to slap her away and then had her escorted off by security, his Nashville rep did saying in a statement, "At the end of the night during the encore, Tim was singing out in the audience and someone firmly grabbed onto his leg and wouldn't let go as he was moving through the crowd. He instinctively swatted to try and keep them from ripping his jeans -- which they succeeded at doing! -- and so he could get to more fans who were trying to slap hands with him before the end of the show."
